• Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return items. • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Condition of Items:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition – unopened, unused, and undamaged. • Perishable goods, such as food items, must be returned before their expiration date and remain sealed.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale items or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. • Opened or used products, especially food items, due to health and safety reasons. • Special order items or items purchased through special promotions.
Refund Process:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
